All new and renewals of Bed and Breakfast units are done online now at the website https://hotelcloud.nic.in/HotelDivision/Default.aspx. Create a new user ID and password and follow the instructions online. Fee is also to be paid online. Rs 3000 for silver category and Rs 5000 for gold category
The following documents are required for BnB application online
- Consent of acceptance of the regulatory conditions (on Rs 100 stamp paper, content is mentioned below)
- Photograph of bathroom
- Photograph of bedroom
- Photograph of living room
- Photograph of parking
- Photographs of the building
- PhotoId proof containing Name and address of the promoter/owner
- Revenue papers regarding ownership. Affidavit in case of co-sharer of house/land
- Whether clearance obtained from the police Authorities (latest one only, old clearance will be rejected)
Please note: All documents to be uploaded in colour scan and in jpg/jpeg/pdf format only and size should be less than 2 mbs each. Document name should not contains any any special character.
